Appointments System
We operate a one person, one appointment system.
Staff might ask for a brief description of the problem so it can be triaged to the right person.
Urgent Appointments
Urgent cases are seen on the day. If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.
Interpreter
If you require an interpreter to attend with you when you see your doctor, please notify the receptionist and she will arrange this for you. We also offer telephone interpreters.
