Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS Register with a GP surgery service
- visit reception from 10am to 6pm and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
If you are registering a child, please bring the child’s red book when you next attend the surgery. This is so our nurses can check their immunisations record.
